Awarded a Masters Degree in Screenwriting from the UK's Bournemouth University, Jon writes feature-length historical drama, comedy and biopics. His first film Beyond The Bridge premiered at the Tokyo Film Festival. He was Associate Producer on Ikonic Film's feature Kidnap Me (2017) and Producer on Savannah Moon’s The Quarry (2018). He has served on the Executive Council of Writers’ Guild Great Britain. He won Best Screenplay at PAGE International Screenplay Awards for his Cambodia-set feature film script Hidden.

TV

His work for television includes the 8-part crime drama Radix, 6-part psychological thriller, Safe Harbour historical drama They Walked Alone and 4-part thriller Little White Lies. in 2023 he won Best TV Pilot at Shore Scripts for the television drama Monkey Wrench.
